Is this the official government portal?
Janma Pramaan is an authorised facilitation centre. For direct government services, visit crrs.gov.in. We help you prepare and submit forms seamlessly.
How long does it take to get the birth certificate?
Registered births (within 21 days) are usually processed within 2–3 working days. Corrections may take 5–7 days, depending on municipality.
Can I get a duplicate birth certificate?
Yes. Use our “reissue” service. We fetch the original record and issue a digitally signed duplicate within 2 days.
Do I need to submit physical documents?
In most cases, upload scanned copies (hospital proof, ID, etc.) – we handle the rest. Some municipalities may ask for physical copies; we notify you.
